The Museum of the Future is a visionary cultural institution that will soon open in Dubai, UAE. The last phase of construction was just inaugurated by, Dubai ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum who declared : “The Museum of the Future is a global architectural icon that shows that human miracles are possible. It will play an instrumental role in our efforts to shape a better future.”
Combining elements of exhibition, immersive theater and themed attraction, the Museum of the Future invites visitors to look beyond the present and take their place within possible worlds to come. Its façade, which has a futuristic steel aesthetic with illuminated Arabic calligraphy, is made up of 1,024 robot-made pieces.
The Museum of the Future strives to be a place of tolerance where varied cultural, philosophical, social and spiritual outlooks are welcome. The museum will be dedicated to critically exploring the threats and opportunities of our time.
